Elzan brings a passion for environmental sustainability and a plethora of experiences and expertise both within and outside of VC. Her VC experiences include work at Atomico, Planet Fund, and Pi Labs. Her academic background includes a dual master's from the University of Oxford, including an MBA and a Master of Public Policy, and a bachelor’s in Geology & Geophysics, Zoology, and Music Performance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Pre-graduate school, Elzan spent 5 years at State Street in intrapreneurial ‘internal start-up’ roles, working in fintech development and product management. She also led the company’s Environmental Sustainability Employee Network and worked on ESG-related projects.
